About this condo rental
Situated in Lake Keowee, this attractive condo for $195 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We acquired this property after visiting Keowee Key in 2020 and discovering all the area offers, including the amenities of an upscale country club, as well as the natural beauty of Lake Keowee and the surrounding area. Not only is Lake Keowee ranked as one of the most pristine lakes in the Southeast, but it is also just a short drive to the beauty found in the mountains, including many hiking trails and waterfalls. Gorges State Park, Caesars Head State Park, DuPont State Forest and the Pisgah National Forest are all just a short drive. Unlike many other man made lakes, trees were removed before the lake was filled eliminating this as a boating hazard. Duke Energy maintains the water level on a much more consistent basis than some of the nearby Corp of Engineer lakes. Don't forget the must see downtown Greenville, SC area which is within an hour drive. Keowee Key is a gated community featuring a George Cobb 18 - Hole Championship Golf Course and many other amenities, including: Leisure Trail- 2 1/2 mile flat, picturesque walk/jog around the lake. Sandy beach, picnic shelter, shuffleboard, boat docks. The Club - Affordable fine dining restaurant or casual bar - 5 mins. away. Dine in or request a meal 'to go.' Fitness Center with Jr. Olympic size pool, racquetball, weights, whirlpool, sauna, aerobics, yoga. Swim - New, saltwater outdoor pool within walking distance Tennis - 10 courts - clay type, Omni synthetic & hard court surfaces Five Marinas - pontoon boat, kayak, canoe rentals; there are three "temporary" slips available for rent on a first-come basis, the rental rate is $150 per week Security - 24 hr; manned at gates Shopping, restaurants, bars - 15 mins away in Seneca or Clemson Note some of these amenities are fee based. No matter what time of year you plan to visit the climate is mild - four-seasons suitable for year-round outdoor activities: fishing, hiking, boating. This is the place for you whether you want to relax in the solitude of this condo or participate in the many amenities and activities offered at Keowee Key. Also, don't forget the football games at Clemson Death Valley, which is just a short drive away. If you like pickleball, there are 8 great courts at the Fitness and Racquet Center. There is open Social Play at 8 AM in the warm months and 9 AM in the cooler months. There are often open courts available, but be aware that courts can be reserved by members as well.

This condo was a wonderful spot. It is a close walk to the leisure trail, great fishing, the marina, and the beach. Great amenities, well stocked, and comfy beds.

Great stay at Keowee Key
A very nice and spacious two bedroom condo. The owner was very helpful and made our stay as good as can be. The community is beautiful with plenty to do for all. We really enjoyed this trip.

Great place to stay on Lake Keowee!
We enjoyed staying at this condo, it has a great location on Lake Keowee and in the development in general. It is close to a walking path on the lake which is beautiful and there are a lot of amenities in the development (although some have a fee). The view of the condo overlooks trees. It sleeps four comfortably and has everything needed for a stay (cookware, extra sheets, blankets, towels)!

We had a grea time and enjoyed our stay. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. My We enjoyed kayaking, boating and relaxing at the pool.

Great property! Very clean spacious home in condo complex. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Had a minor cable issue and owners were very responsive. Would rent it again.

My husband & 13-year old son and I loved staying in this stunning mountain house for 5 days in February! The house is just the right size for either two couples, or a family of four. It was meticulously clean and well appointed. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is one of the most well-stocked kitchen that we have ever stayed in with VRBO. Everything you need for cooking or baking is at your fingertips. The living room is warm and cozy with a gas fireplace, and throw blankets on every chair when you might need one. The sunroom was quaint and we enjoyed doing puzzles and playing games on the coffee table in there. It also has a wood-burning fireplace, but we did not use it this time. There is a wraparound deck in the back off of the sunroom and it has ample room and a beautiful view and a very nice propane grill. We cooked most of our meals at the house and we were delighted with the accommodations. The bedrooms are very nice size and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very large, one with a shower and one with it bath and shower combination. Everyone had plenty of room and there were ample towels and even extra toiletries in case you forget some necessities. The Connesttee Falls resort is wonderful! The hiking trails within the resort were phenomenal. We went out each day and explored and found amazing waterfalls and beautiful nature. Even though the weather had freezing rain several days, we still had opportunities to go outdoors and walk or hike and see beautiful scenery. The mountain views throughout the resort are stunning! If we are able to rent this house again in the summer we will definitely take advantage of the pool, tennis and clubhouse that are also available. We were able to use the dog park which was very nice & we loved that this was a pet friendly cabin so we could take our dog on vacation with us. We were only about 10 or 15 minutes from downtown Brevard which has amazing little restaurants and shops & a very nice Ingles grocery store! And the owner of the house is friendly and very responsive. He immediately responded to my emails if I had any questions and he even offered us a late check out due to ice in the roads the morning of our departure. We would highly recommend this rental cabin/house to anyone wanting to find a lovely retreat in the mountains any time of year.

Gorgeous location!
Enjoyed 5 nights over Thanksgiving in this beautiful location. We were able to use the indoor pool by making reservations. Very nice amenities and also a gym. Loved the paved walking trail around the lake. Took a couple easy hikes to local waterfalls also. If you love nature you will love this place. The care of the condo is obvious with the beautiful Fall decor and cleanliness. Appreciated the nice small appliances also. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving getaway!

Perfect Lakefront near Clemson
Place and host were amazing. Great communication, and development is perfect. Lots of amenities, and close to Clemson. Owner was super accommodating and communicated really well. Lots of space, decorated nicely, great furniture, and kitchen has everything you need and then some.

We really enjoyed our time in Connestee Falls.Visited many waterfalls, Blueridge Parkway, and very good restaurants in Brevard. We travel several months out of the year and must say this house is exceptional.
