About this house rental
Welcome to our family's beachfront home, AZURE, with back up POWER GENERATOR and new IPE decking..
Entering the home, you'll feel the expansive space created by 18-foot vaulted, cathedral ceilings in the main room. Your eyes naturally lead you through the house to the breathtaking view of the crystal clear, azure waters dappled by reefs. The open floor plan includes a large foyer, gourmet kitchen, spacious living room and a screened-in porch extending the main living space. The attention to detail in this home makes it stand out amongst others. This is no ordinary rental.
Gourmet kitchen includes an expansive 9 foot, quartz island for gathering , 6-burner gas range, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and anything else you could possibly want in your kitchen.
We have stocked the kitchen with All-Clad pots and pans, electric coffee maker (no filters needed), french press, coffee grinder, toaster, electric kettle, Ninja blender, waffle iron, mandolin, electric beaters, crock pot and much more.
Each rental comes with two, 5-gallon jugs of water.
Living room has ample seating, Smart TV, plenty of board games and cards for family time.
Dining table seats 8 with an adjacent bar for cocktail hour.
The dining space flows out to the screen porch for a midday nap on the comfortable sectional or an informal lunch at the outdoor dining table.
BEDROOMS
All bedrooms have incredible water views with a perfect Atlantic breeze to keep your room naturally cooled (although the house is fully air conditioned if needed). Each bedroom has a sliding door that leads to your private deck to relax and take in the scenery. Each bedroom has their own ensuite bath for your convenience and privacy.
Master bedroom has a king sized bed complimented by an ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower with a beautiful soaker tub with a view of the turquoise water.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
OUTDOOR SPACES
No more splinters! AZURE has multiple decks to relax on, all which have been updated with beautiful IPE.
Off the screen porch you'll find the yoga deck with four, beautiful chaise lounges to relax or catch some sun. There's also a charcoal grill if you'd like to cook outdoors.
Cool yourself in the heated pool (November-March for a fee of $50/day) that overlooks the beautiful Atlantic Sea or lounge on the pool deck and watch the kids swim.
A few steps lead you to your gorgeous beach by way of a new platform with an additional four chaises. Steps lead right down to your beach. You can walk all the way to Double Bay for beautiful beach strolls. The reefs in front of the house are wonderful for snorkeling or reef fishing.
Rinse off on the way back to the house in the outdoor shower overlooking the beach and then relax in the hammock with the cool Atlantic breeze.
Rate is for 6 guests. Additional guests are an additional $50 each per night with a max of 8 guests.

My husband and I, along with our two teenage boys, loved our stay at Azure, so much so that we will be booking again soon! Lisa (our host) has made a perfect retreat out of this property. The location was perfect for us - close the GH and centrally located on the island. While there are plenty of beautiful beaches on the island - we preferred to stay at the house beach. We saw 4 people on our beach during the entire week that we were there - perfect for groups who want peace, quiet, and privacy. The beach is walkable - there are a few places to navigate some rocks, but aside from that, lots of pink soft sand. Getting into the ocean could be a bit of a challenge for little ones or elderly guests due to some rocks and waves, but once in, the water is very calm. We had some decent snorkleing around the property as well. We preferred the location of Azure being on the Atlantic side as opposed to the Carribean due to the abundance of jellyfish on the Carribean side of the island. We loved having the pool as another alternative to beach. The screened in porch is a nice touch to the property when you want to be outside but away from dawn/dusk bugs. The house has everything you could possibly need - kitchen ware, towels, beach chairs, shampoo/conditioner, detergent, toilet paper. The only thing that I can think of that would be an addition to a perfect spot is some umbrellas to have by the pool on the patio. Aside from that - we cannot wait to go back!

We could not have had a more enjoyable stay- the property is even prettier than the pictures. The property is immaculate and we had literally everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen supplies to sunscreens and bug spray. The guide book at the house was the most comprehensive guide to the area we have encountered in our travels. We tried several restaurants in the area and were able to find everything we needed at area shops. Our host was in excellent communication with us and has wonderful suggestions. We highly recommend Azure.

Our group of 3 couples had an amazing time at this house. We have been to the island several times and really enjoyed this location and the nice, central location. Being close to the Island Farm and Governors Harbour made it extremely easy to get supplies. The home was as beautiful as the pictures. The pool view is amazing. The screened in porch is a great bonus to get out of the sun and still be outside and close to the pool. Each bedroom was perfect for a couple with its own full bathroom. Kitchen and supplies were good for cooking at home. Lisa was easy to communicate with and quickly helped with any questions. We would definitely go back!
