We have been renting along Banks Road for over ten years. This was our first rental of wild orchid.
The house rental experience exceeded expectations at every turn.
We tend to have great experiences with rentals in this area. Typically our view is that the given house will have everything one needs for the week, but not much more. Wild Orchid revises that perspective as “ everything everyone needs for the week, and so much more!”
First, the house manager Keenan, is exceptional. All questions answered, any need addressed…and all very promptly.
Second, the house has everything and it's all in excellent condition, both inside and out. There were next level additions throughout including fantastic bed linens and towels, gift sun screens (wow- and thanks!), great toys for the ocean and pool, coffee maker, blender, glasses, labels on light switches, and so much more.
Third, proximity to La Bougainvillea was something we knew we'd like but again, exceeded our expectations. We would simply text the restaurant for take out, reservations, or requests then walk over. LB service is always so great as are the food and drinks.
Really, this is an exceptional property with zero issues or hesitations. We had a one year old along with our family party- house was perfect for children as well particularly the option of two pools and easy access to beach. One
More thing: the beachfront deck with chairs is the best we've ever experienced in quality and location on the beach. This covered area is elevated above the beach with great chairs making it awesome for being on the beach without the sand and sun, cocktail in hand.

Wild Orchid is a gorgeous house filled with luxury and everything you need for a perfect vacation. The beach out front with the covered deck was amazing, we snorkeled, swam, walked and fished! We visited next door for drinks and dinner! We cooked fresh fish in the well appointed kitchen, we relaxed and read books by the pool. We drank coffee in the morning on the roof deck. Really this house and location are perfect, I would not change a thing!
