Everyone was extremely friendly. The rooms and bathroom felt fresh (much better than most 4* hotels in the area). Hotel had character
Facilities are limited (pool etc) and breakfast is a bit limited (although baked stuff was super yummy)

Breakfast was varied and had a lot of choices. The rooms were lovely and had a balcony.
The bathroom products were amazing.
The staff were wonderful all around and I felt like a queen.
The bikes were fantastic for exploring and free of charge.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing with lots of options and a nice dining area, honestly felt like a 5 star service with turn down service as well, super clean and comfortable we loved it! Location was quite central as well, plenty of parking.
