Unicorn Cottage is in a great location of Over Hadden. Set in a pleasant courtyard and easy access to Bakewell and surrounding areas.
It was all very pleasant but I think it would benefit from a new sofa as the leather one was very soft and being leather a cold fabric.
Wasn’t sure what to do with plastic waste.

Fabulous little cottage. We were only there for 3 days as we were doing the Cancer Research Peak District Marathon Hike. There’s a lovely little hotel pub that serves great food 5 minutes walk from the cottage and Bakewell is only 10 minutes in the car. Plenty to see and do in a beautiful area.
The only problem was the lack of blinds on the skylight windows in the bedrooms as it was mid summer so got dark very late and was light by 4:30am which made sleeping difficult.

Well located for Bakewell, where we were taking part in a hiking event
The cottage is a little compact for 4 adults and would better suit two people. Unfortunately the hot water didn't reheat on the automatic program and we were unable to get any hot water on the 2nd evening or the following morning. We had to resort to showering in cold water.the morning of our departure.
