Quiet, very central, functional apartment near the nice town beach. Small balcony with limited seaview. Parking within 10 minutes walking. Adequate bathroom and kitchen. Some kitchen utensils that were missing or broken were immediately replaced.
The mattress in the double bed was too old. Fortunately we could move to another bedroom with two firm single beds.
There was no communication possible untill one day before arrival, which we did not like because the address on Booking was not complete: the apartment is on number 10.
We were asked twice to pay for the apartment. The host made apologies for that.
The internet was down at least one hour a day. The host tried to fix it, but it took more days than our stay unfortunately.
The apartment could use some more fresh paint and renewal although everything was functional.

Het appartement ligt op loop afstand van het centrum van Arrecife, op slechts enkele meters van het strand en de boulevard (1 minuut lopen). Leuk balkon met nog net de mogelijkheid de zee te zien. Balkon heeft slechts beperkt aantal uren zon (in oktober van 1100 tot 1500) en de overkant ziet er niet erg gezellig uit. Het appartement is heel ruim. met twee slaapkamers en een extra kamer met een werkplek en een droogrek.
Welkom instructie was zeer duidelijk. Er was een percolator om koffie te maken (heerlijk) goede oven. wasmachine. Prima bedden en meer dan genoeg kastruimte.
Genoeg warm water. Behoorlijk internet
Eigenlijk viel niets tegen, maar om rekening mee te houden:
De vaatwasser is er niet meer; Waterdruk is niet zo hoog, maar voldoende,
Parkeren in de buurt kan lastig zijn, maar wij hadden altijd een plekje op maximaal 5 minuten lopen.

Clean, modern, well equipped. Comfortable bed and attractive decor.
Very handy for town, beach and bus to airport.
The balcony only had a little sunshine in the morning. We prefer long afternoon and evening sunshine...but you can't have everything!
