The apartment is brand new. Very clean. It is best suitable for 2 people (for maximum comfort), the third person sleeps in the living room. That was not a problem at all. The place is very cosy, around 20min walking to the center of Fazana, and there is also a beach nearby (15min walk). I did not meet the host, but the communication was excellent via phone. His parents live on the first floor of the house, and they were available to help if needed. The place is very easy to locate, the host explained everything - how to get there and also provided the key box code. I would recommend this place for a vacation in Croatia.
Nothing was missing. Maybe I would suggest one more smaller wardrobe in the living room for a third person there, and maybe a toaster in the kitchen, but that is only a suggestion not something that was negative.

Great apartment for a short stay in Fazana.
The apartment is very clean, very nice, modern and very well equipped.
Spacious and nice for our family. There is also a parking place outside, which is a big plus.
There is a 10-minute walk until the closest beach, a bit uphill, but a pleasant walk in the nice town of Fazana.
