About this apartment rental
This Home is located at the top of only 14 floors. It encases the entire 14th floor for total privacy. 4 bedrooms enjoy their own private bathroom. The 5th bedroom has 4 bunk beds as well as a sectional couch for its own private space, located behind a sound-proof wall of glass on the upper level of the penthouse. Huge living area for the entire group to gather for fun, food, and games as they watch the beautiful wave from the massive windows overlooking the balcony!

The property itself is great. It was clean, and well maintained. We had plenty of space, beach is easily accessible. Host was easy to communicate with. Parking is a major issue. This condo only has 2 parking spots available on property, and they only give you 3 usable keys. They want one key to stay in the lockbox at all times. When you are going anywhere on property, you need a key, so that is not practical for a condo that sleeps 20 people.

The PH was absolutely wonder. Everything and more from what the pictures showed. Communication with Jennifer was spot on. She was very helpful with the few questions we had. We will diffidently be going back. All of our family had a great time. We thank the Lord for the opportunity to come and stay and such a great place!Barry T.
