Location to restaurants and bars. Closeness to beach and all facilities.
The bathrooms need an update. The shower was not particularly clean looking and is dated. The floors and balcony were not clean. The toilet in the en-suite was constantly running and needs a plumber to fix. The shower sealants need replacing not bodging. They look unclean. The freezer door needs repairing. Aside these’d issues we enjoyed our stay.

Location is great Views of the sea and coastline uninterrupted. Large terrace that gets the sun all day with covered area if you need some shade
No welcome pack or information about the apartment such as what to do with the rubbish, how the cooker works etc

L'appartamento a Puerto de Mogán è davvero molto bello, spazioso e accogliente, ampia terrazza e vista sul mare, con la comodità non trascurabile di avere due bagni. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti della casa che andrebbero sistemati e curati con maggiore attenzione, specialmente per soggiorni prolungati come il nostro (un mese).
In primo luogo, la qualità del riposo: i letti purtroppo non sono risultati comodi; sarebbe davvero utile sostituire l'attuale supporto del materasso con una rete a doghe e cambiare i cuscini, che appaiono ormai troppo usati e ingialliti.
In secondo luogo, entrambi i bagni necessitano di un piccolo intervento di manutenzione: nel primo l'aspiratore non funziona, ed essendo una stanza cieca senza finestre è un elemento indispensabile; nel secondo, invece, c'è il copri water rotto che andrebbe sostituito.
Con questi mirati interventi di manutenzione e un'attenzione in più al comfort del sonno, l'appartamento meriterebbe sicuramente il massimo dei voti.
L'aspetto più critico del soggiorno è stato senza dubbio la posizione dell'appartamento. L'alloggio si trova in prossimità di un canale di scarico e proprio sopra a delle vasche con pompe fognarie, le quali emanano quasi costantemente cattivi odori. Questa situazione ha compromesso pesantemente l'uso degli spazi esterni: pur avendo a disposizione un terrazzo, non siamo mai riusciti a mangiare fuori né a prendere il sole a causa delle forti esalazioni che salivano continuamente dal basso. Un vero peccato, ma è un disagio notevole che condiziona l'intera permanenza.
