I stay at this hotel a lot and always the stuff are great, room is adequate and price is excellent

The Hotel had a great view of the Pyramids as advertised, the breakfast was very good
The Hotel itself was fine, the issue we had was that the price quoted when booking was not the price we had to pay, the Hotel wanted to charge an additional 5% for using a card, we chose instead to pay by cash, we could not however get a receipt, the price we actually paid was 25$ higher than we should have paid, this was explained by the manager as addition fees, for what we were not told

1) The staff here were very nice and kind. Always smiling and pleasant
2) The view of the pyramid from both the room and rooftop was breathtaking
3) We got a complimentary upgrade which we are super thankful for.
4) The breakfast offered here is amazing and tasty.
1) The rooms were not cleaned properly. It was quite dusty. Our blankets and bed were quite dusty too. It even had a dusty smell.
2) The toiletries were not sufficient as they provided sachet shampoo and a very tiny bar soap. We eventually had to go to the nearest convenient store to get a bottle or shower gel and shampoo for our 4 day stay there.
