The hotel met the expectations.

We generally liked the hotel. The beds were comfy and we had a good night's sleep. Our room was rather big and we appreciated the fridge. The location on the outskirts of town we did not mind because we were just passing through and did not intend to go sightseeing (we had been to Leon before). We just wanted a nice and quiet place to stay for the night with air conditioning as it was a hot day. The staff were really nice and pleasant and resolved our issues and accommodated our requests. I needed to store some freezer packs and they happily accepted storing them in their freezer for the night. It would have been nice to have free parking in a 4-star hotel, especially since it's not in the centre, but we appreciated a good discount on the public underground parking with easy access to the hotel via a dedicated lift.
We had some issues with running the bath and were offered a different room which also had its own issues with the bath. Long story short, we returned to our initial room as the issues there were sorted. But the whole thing of moving between rooms before finally settling in slightly affected our experience as we were already tired after a long day. However, I have to note the very helpful and respectful attitude from the staff that night who were really doing their best to sort us out.

Position was ok because of the bus.
It was dirty, rooms had old furniture and the keys were not working properly and we had to ask to reception every time to fix them. There also was no warm water and even after noticed that to the desk, they said that they couldn’t do anything. We had to shower cold.
