O prédio é moderno, com acesso eletrônico fácil e seguro, tudo muito limpo e funcional. O apart é amplo e muito confortável, com banho maravilhoso,cama gostosa, muitos armários e geladeira grande. Só deixam um pouco a desejar a qualidade sofrível do televisor e do wi-fi, um tanto instável para streaming, mas no geral é um local excelente para se hospedar em POA.
Poderia ter mais louças , chaleira elétrica , água filtrada e tapete antiderrapante no box , embora o piso não seja escorregadio...
E a falta de dois abajures ao lado da cama é realmente bastante incômoda
