De agriturismo welke wij geboekt hadden was overboekt en dit werd opgelost met een upgrade naar het appartement in Matera zelf. Echt wow. Wat een prachtig appartement, echt elke detail klopte en prachtige smaak van inrichting. We mochten gebruik maken van het zwembad van de Agriturismo en daar hebben we Angela ontmoet, de charme zelf. Heel welkom en warm ontvangst. Het zwembad heeft een uitzicht om u tegen tegen te zeggen en de katten die er rondlopen een bonus. De witte wijn van de streek is ook een enorme aanrader.

Gentilissima la proprietaria, molto bella la struttura e la piscina panoramica. Fuori dal caos del centro di Matera, che rimane comunque facilmente raggiungibile in 10 minuti. L'appartamento era molto ben fornito e curato. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

The property itself were very nice, very clean and uncluttered, a nice temperature and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool area is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a little shaded patio area where we also had breakfast. There’s also a lovely balcony area! The breakfast each morning was amazing and so tasty — so much thought and care went into it and so much was locally sourced or homemade. Angela was the loveliest host and we hope to visit again someday! Absolute bliss.
The bed/pillows could have been a bit comfier but it’s very minor. Also, a fan in the room would have been amazing for at night.
