In a good location, bed was comfortable, had a washer for clothes
The wifi didnt work in my room, there was no dishwasher det, extra garbage bags stuff you would have needed for a long stay. I also knew there was no elevator but I was on the 9th floor and it got old climbing up and down the stairs, especially with luggage

Location is great, close to subway, there is a grocery shop very close to the apartment, also there is a park nearby.
Room looks as in the photos, there is everything you need for short stay.
Not completely satisfied with kitchenware. There wasn't a normal knife or scissors, pots are very big, there wasn't a little one to boil eggs, for example. Would be great to have oil stocked too.
Bed has two mattresses side by side instead of one big.

Very clean and spacious apartment! Close to the metro, great value for money.
Everything was good! I enjoyed living in a part of Vienna that I had not yet explored.

The apartment was well equipped with dishware , towels etc. It was easy to locate and was 5-10 min from the U-Bahn. The room was spacious. Check in and check out procedures were easy to follow. The staff responded to our email regarding the Internet fairly quickly.
The room was quite cold, the heating was rarely on. The towels were not changed during our stay and our trash was not taken care of, despite our payment of the cleaning fee. The information in the checkin procedure regarding the internet was outdated we had to contact the staff to connect to the WiFi. The apartment has an intense smell of cigarettes and weed, might not be a suitable accommodation for families.
