Located in Dunedin, this attractive condo for $245 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. The best of everything! New construction offers convenience, quality and security for a wonderful experience. Full-sized gourmet kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances, spa-like large bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer and top of the line furnishings will ensure a visit that will make return visits something you will want to do regularly. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and double vanities. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living room and both bedrooms have new televisions and Direct TV, Netflix and Prime. High-speed internet access is included and the unit has individually controlled central heat and air conditioning as well as ceiling fans throughout. This condo is located on the second floor of a mixed use commercial building and has two retail shops downstairs. We love the shops and think you will enjoy them, too. One is a ladies' clothing store and the other features unique home decor. Walk this quaint community filled with the best restaurants, local breweries and bars, and enjoy live entertainment. Visit the marina, walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, enjoy Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands Beach, shop the locally owned retail businesses and galleries and see why Dunedin is consistently touted as one of the best walking communities, places to retire, and cities in Florida. There is no better place to experience Dunedin for a quick getaway, snowbird retreat or as a festival destination. You'll enjoy what our community has to offer year round and be impressed with the lively streets during 2nd Friday Night on the Town, Weekend Farmers Market, Mardi Gras, St. Paddy's Day, Cinco de Mayo and Wines the Blues. This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property is right downtown and in easy walking distance to everything downtown has to offer.
Great amenities, balcony overlooking the parking lot, and nice touches like some Christmas decorations.
Loud garbage truck emptying a dumpster behind the property about 7:00 AM, but nothing can be done about that really.
Would definitely stay here again!

The direction for parking and entrance were excellent. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere in Dunedin. The furnished house had everything we needed including cooler for the boat trip.

Beautiful condo with more space than we expected. Towing huge bedrooms and huge bathrooms. The pictures do not do the space justice. If you want to experience downtown Dunedin, there is no better choice - steps (literally) away from Main Street shops, restaurants, bars and all Dunedin has to offer. Our daughter asked if there was any chance we could move in permanently!

Second floor unit was perfect for two middle couples. Elevator and reserved parking spaces were a bonus. Location, security and furnishings were ideal. Landlord was very responsive to our needs. We will certainly return when in the area.

This second floor condo was in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and nightlife galore. During the day you can walk for hours exploring the area or hop in the car and have a beach day (owners provide beach chairs and towels for that). I will be back!

Pros:
Very clean and very spacious.
Comfortable beds.
Well appointed.
Easy walking to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, etc.
Hosts are attentive to any issues.
Cons:
Noisy... 1. something in the building (rooftop A/C unit?) would kick on repeatedly through the night and made an unnerving electric humming sound. Loud enough to wake my wife and me several times each night. 2. I guess they empty the dumpsters every morning??? 3. Someone was up at 5am on a Saturday with a moving truck right below the primary bedroom, dragging stuff around and making a racket. I don't recommend this location if you are a light sleeper.
Entering and exiting is a bit of a pain as you have 3 locked doors and an elevator to contend with. If you don't lock each of the doors immediately, the hosts contact you within seconds. They live next door. Kind of feels like you are being monitored 24/7.
All the windows and the balcony face a parking lot, dumpsters and power lines.

We had a girls weekend trip and decided to stay at this Condo. It was just as the pictures, exceptional cleanliness, communication was always available . I plan to use them again for future family trip too. I highly recommend them .

My daughter and grandson and I stayed at Jorge and Christine's luxury apartment right on Main Street in downtown Dunedin. It was perfect! The place was immacuately clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Even though we were downtown, the apartment was very quiet and very secure. As promised, being in downtown Dunedin was lots of fun!
Although our hosts are in the same building, the layout is so well designed and the building is so quiet, that we did not run into each other except upon our arrival and when we had an issue with the door. And then Jorge gave me a wonderful explanation of their plans for the building. So interesting!!
I definitely recommend this delightful apartment! I can't wait to come back.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The property is just as listed. The hosts were easily accessible. The location in Downtown Dunedin was just what we needed for our Blue Jays getaway. Great food options in the neighborhood.
