It was beautiful, when we had a question it was answered instantly
The keys were difficult and I dropped one and it was not recoverable because of the fence etc.

Nice, spacious apartment, right on the lake shore. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, the bedding also, and the balcony you can reach from both bedrooms, overlooking the lake, is superb. The living room and the kitchen are spacious, well equipped and practical.
MAJOR ISSUE FOR US. You need to climb down 60 staircases and then up 6 more to reach the apartment from the road level. No exaggeration, we counted. And of course you have to climb back up 60 + 6 staircases, every time you wish to go out to visit and when you come back.
The main description in Booking.com does not explicitly mention staircases. Although the "facilities description" below (when you scroll down) mentions "external stairs", it does not describe at all the reality of climbing up and down 60 + 6 staircases for those who stay in the apartment.
I think this is absolutely necessary to mention explicitly. We clearly explained this to RentAllComo agency who manages this property. And asked for assistance to bring up our luggage to the car parking when we left. I am happy to say that they gladly provided that assistance.

After booking, we received very detailed info on how to access the property including short explanatory movies.
Young Giuseppe from the agency was very helpful, especially with luggage.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT ACCESS for persons over 45 who are not doing fitness every day!!
I strongly do NOT recommend it!
64 steep staircase, details missing on-site, and info is coming after book! Not correct.
Limited option in restaurants.
The owner blocked the inside parking lot despite he is not living at the address.
Poor quality of toiletries, and kitchen supplies for day-by-day use.
