Great location, local to shops, beach & town.

don’t think i could fault anything i really enjoyed my stay.

Everything about villa Thais felt welcoming from the very start, from how well kept the property looked from the outside/street right down to the smaller details like complimentary coffee pods, it felt like home very quickly, the beds and sofas are very comfortable, the showers are powerful and the entire property was spotless from top to bottom, the pool and surrounding areas were exceptionally well maintained and felt a real treat to have access to these facilities, the villa is well equipped for a little one aswell ( ours is 1 years old) with a good quality travel cot and mattress with bedding and spares incase of accidents, highchair and children's play toys in the garden, the kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, hobs and dishwasher with a large enough fridge freezer and plenty of cooking equipment and utensils, the area directly around the villa is nice and quiet and felt very safe, check in and check out was incredibly smooth and efficient and the owners were on hand to communicate and answer queries with ease. I would absolutely stay again, there is a reason they are always well booked out! They have thought of nearly everything and I wish I could have stayed permanently! Thankyou to Mar and the staff at villa Thais!

If I had to pick something of fault it would have to be that they didn't have any pint glasses 😂 but that really is the only comment I can make negatively towards villa thais, that being said the only reason it matters is my personal preference as I'm a bit of a guzzler when it comes to water and squash etc.

Just came back from a 2 week stay at villa Thais, what an amazing place! We were greeted on arrival and shown around buy friendly staff, the pool is cleaned by Henry regularly and the grounds were immaculate, the pictures don't do this place justice and will definitely be planning my next trip back around their availability.

The premises was absolutely idyllic for a family holiday. Every need was catered for to an exceptionally high standard.

All was perfect.

We loved the garden with the swimming pool and it was close to the beach with a nice view. We could reach different nice destinations within an hour driving with our own car.

The villa is very well equipped and clean . Perfect home from home .. Loads of space and well thought out areas to try and get some peace 😁

Not a fault of villa but some local highways need improvement. Bit of a struggle pushing a wheelchair . However it's not all the pavements

The Villa was just beautiful, the pictures posted here are exactly how you find the Villa when you arrive down to the bottle of wine and welcome snacks. The Villa is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach but we chose most days just to make the most of the pool and outside area of the Villa as the setting was just so amazing, the villa is also very quiet so it was perfect for relaxation. the nearest fully stocked shop was a five minute walk which is ideal when your not driving or have use of a car. I was completely In love with the Villa from the moment I stepped in and I will definitely be making plans to return at the soonest possible opportunity. I was so impressed with the Villa Manager Ma, she was always available to answer questions, very professional and courteous.

I can not think of a single thing I would change.

Absolutely beautiful villa, inside&outside, very high standard , we were very happy during our staying there, rooms are lovely, very comfy beds, kitchen has everything for making your cooking easy, there was even coffee maker with coffee capsules, we got welcome gift as well from the owner as a bottle of wine and some snack, check in and check out very friendly, the owner is such a lovely person, we have had an amazing holiday in Villa Thais!!! Five star place, highly recommended!!!

We loved everything!!!

This is a newly furnished and renovated villa with renting in mind from the beginning. The villa is very private and owing to the solid high fences the garden as well, thats a real hideaway. You will probably need a car if you plan to visit some attractions of the island, but the main road is just about walking sitance (1000m) from the property where is some public transportation as well. On the other side of the main road is more like a tourist village, we have seen plenty of bars and shops - hovewer during covid-19 we have not tried any of these. The villa had plenty of room for our family of 4. My two daghters were very happy to have room on their own. The living room is huge with an en suite dining table, there could be 8 people easily seated. The lack of aircon is weighed out by the constant calm wind from the ocean - al least during our stay in july. The garden features a gazebo for outdoor activities, a small private pool with at least 4 sunbeds, a patio, and a fireplace for barbecue. The villa features a sunroof as well. We enjoyed barbecue a lot despite the tricky wind conditions. The pool is cleaned twice a week, and they didn't interfere with our privacy. Our host responded very quickly to our messages. The manager was very welcoming and always in a good mood. He was waiting for us as we arrived and showing us around the villa. Chocholate and vine was waiting for us as welcome presents. Checking and checkout was very smooth. As you can expect from the map and with the airport close by the planes are coming in for landing near to the villa, but it didn't bother us to much, and just enjoyed a bit of "planespotting".

We preferred not to eat out, but prepare our food at the villa, and found the kitchen could be better equipped with utensils etc. and a dishwasher. But for a cottage it does the job.
