Beautiful view and proximity to ocean. Lovely grounds.
It needs to be freshened up as it has a lot of damaged walls, paint, etc. Furniture is dirty. Pictures of pool next door should not be included in this listing as only the small pool belongs to this property.

The location was excellent and very easy to find. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the balcony and enjoyed listening to the many species of birds also saw 2 deer crossing the path to the ocean.

The view and proximity to the beach.
Visible water damage in ceiling in living room. The pull-out sofa bed was so uncomfortable, we had to purchase a $200 mattress topper to make it tolerable. Toiletries and other supplies also had to be purchased, and we were only made aware of a “maid service” after our stay. The pool was small and the adjoining property pool is much larger but did not allow access (pictures are misleading), and the “cabana” is also located on the property next door, not this one. Overall, this was very overpriced for the quality of the property.
