We are centrally located to many great local attractions including Jennette’s Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey’s Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the Laura Barnes shipwreck at Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, Wright Brothers’ first flight site, and The Lost Colony outdoor drama. And we are just one mile away from the start of Cape Hatteras National Seashore – Seventy miles long with access to undeveloped beaches, nature preserves, and the beloved historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. We are so close to seclusion and nature yet only minutes from fine and casual dining, shopping, and so much more!
Marilyn and Richard, the owners, want your vacation to be relaxing and as activity-filled as you wish. We have assembled a team to simplify the details. So pack your clothes and we can help you with the rest. Our on-site caretakers, Mike and Lisa are the epitome of southern hospitality.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5):
• The Master Bedroom has a king bed and has its own dedicated master bath with large step-in shower. Also a flat screen TV.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed, with direct access to a full bathroom. Also a flat screen TV.
Amenities:
• Updated and well-equipped kitchen
• 3 flat-screen TVs (Living room, Master and spare bedroom)
• Beautiful 24 foot-wide balcony with comfortable furniture to make the view that much more enjoyable!
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Fresh and crisp linens (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels and Washcloths) are included in your rental fee. Your beds will be made and waiting for your arrival!

Very nice top floor condo with a perfect view overlooking the beach. Perfect spot to watch the sunrise. Great condition and good space in the two bedrooms. Easy beach access made for a perfect long weekend getaway with the kids. Location is very close to the primary strip in Nags Head so it makes all trips out easy. Hosts were very communicative. Special shoutout to Aaron who quickly helped us our first evening when we had an issue with the automatic door lock.

PierView 304 was a nice place to stay. The only problems we had were the code not working for access when we arrived, however we were answered quickly with how to get in. The other problem we encountered was not being able to use the shower that was advertised as “new step in shower” in the heading description of the home. The drain would not drain. I reached out to the property manager as was instructed and was told someone would be out the same day, however no one came, and there was no further communication. The following day we took it upon ourselves to fix the drain and pulled out about 2 lbs of hair and gunk that was stuck in the drain, which was gross. After I told the property manager it was taken care of, there was also no response. There was lots of construction, such as sawing at early morning hours and the elevator did not work. We realize those things are beyond the host’s control, just was a little damper in the relaxing stay. Beyond that, the condo itself was nice with nice views. :)
