Posizione ottima, a 2 passi dalla spiaggia

Il divano era sfondato e c’era una trave che avanzava da sotto la seduta, direi che andrebbe davvero cambiato.
Pulizia pessima, il lavandino del bagno e il bidè erano pieni di calcare e i pavimenti non erano stati puliti, nemmeno le sedie e il tavolo esterno.
Letti davvero scomodissimi.
Diciamo che con poco si potrebbe cambiare l’arredamento datato e scomodo.
Dal lavandino della cucina non si riusciva a far uscire acqua fredda.
Un sacco di pentole/padelle e neanche un coperchio che andasse bene.
Trovato una blatta sotto il letto.
Diciamo che se non fosse per la posizione ottima e il parcheggio coperto avremmo dato 0 punti.

Struttura ampia in ottima posizione e biancheria pulita e profumata
Quando siamo arrivati l’appartamento era freddo e nella zona giorno nn si riusciva a scaldare perché nn c’era il condizionatore all’interno, ma solo nel corridoio
