Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Check in was quick and communication was good!
Some areas a little worn e.g carpet on stairs but this wasn’t an issue.
Some surrounding properties were run down including next door which wasn’t pleasant to look at but this is not the fault of the property owners or management.

Location , safety having the front gate.
We were locked out at 10 o’clock at night and maintenance couldn’t be reached so we had to pay a lock smith $200 to get in and not even an apology or email The maintenance showed at 11:00 the next morning asking if we something fixed. The upstairs shower door wouldn’t slide my husband fixed it so it would slide again.

The house is beautiful. It has everything needed and very comfortable. I liked it that’s it’s not cluttered and no Knick Knacks.
The gate card did not work most of the stay The maintenance visit not announced. They just hang a card on door knob saying what they did.
