Got key much earlier then expected Kettle and biskits Metro line is comfortable to reach the main square and Fira Barcelona (if you go for MWC)

No every day cleaning, during a week our bed and towels were changed 1 time, never take the trash out No balcony and window is opening to closed yard area (not much fresh air) Room is super small Wardrobe is tiny for 2 people

The location is very close to the metro and is in a new building.

Communication was poor, on Boking you can't tell which rooms have a terrace and which don't, because they had the same price. We booked the room with the terrace and they gave us the one without the terrace. For the check in, they sent a series of emails at 5 am in the morning, on the day we arrived, we were on the plane and we sent them the time we would arrive somewhere around 8 am. When I called the location, they said that they had not received anything and that check in is at 3:00 p.m So we stayed on the street for 4 h, waiting for them to let us in , after we begged them at least let us leave our luggage and at the end they accepted. Our luck was that the cleaning lady finished at 2 pm and we check in sooner. At the check in we had another surprise, they asked us for a €100 guarantee in case something breaks in the room. It is not written on the booking when you book, so I called them thinking it might be a scam. The booking staff said it was true, so I paid €100 more. Booking said that the money will be returned in 7 days. When we requested to change our towels, they asked us to pay extra. They don't change anything, they give you the room and you take care of the cleaning towels and the sheets. And there is no washing machine to wash your sheets or towels, or stand to dry them. They have hotel services but behave as if you rented the apartment. I have traveled to many places, but I have never experienced such bad service from the staff. I don't know if it was because of racism or just bad service, but it was the worst experience I've had.

The room was clean, warm and nicely furnished. The bed was really comfortable. There were all the necessary utilities in the kitchen so if you really plan to cook something it will suit perfectly well. But the most pleasant part of our stay was customer service because we were met at agreed time, we were explained how everything works so you see that you are taken care of.

The area was nice but some may find it a little too far out from the city.

It is super close to Camp Nou and after the game we walked back which was a great plus, considering there were nearly 85,000 people in the stadium most of whom headed home with public transportation that we successfully avoided.

Very clean, the room was exactly like in the photos, good position - 7 mins next to metro station. The host was really nice and the place was quite.

Location is 30 minutes walking from Placa Espanya and and Placa Europa, 60 mitutes from Placa Catalunya, 10 minutes from Metro station. The room was big and clean, we had everything we neded. Host very kind and the place is very safty.

Me and my fiancé honestly disliked many things and would definitely not go back. First and foremost the cleaning, the room was not cleaned or sheets/towels changed during our whole stay (pay attention in it mentioned on the hotel page), the location was a bit sketchy, did not feel very safe especially at night, there was a family on top of us who made a loooot of noise but the manager could not do much about it so that sucked too! overall as I said, would never go back.
