About the Cottage
Enjoy a peaceful stay at Naples Bay Resort in this recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage overlooking lush tropical landscaping, a tranquil fountain and the pool area. Tucked away from street noise, the residence offers a quiet setting while still being just steps from the resort amenities and minutes from downtown Naples and the beach.
Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs or elevator, the cottage features a bright, open living area with high ceilings, ceiling fans, a large flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding doors lead to a private screened and covered lanai overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds — a wonderful spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV and private bath with a jetted tub and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV, with a second full bathroom nearby. With the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, the cottage can accommodate up to six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for dining at home, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the residence.
Bath linens and beach towels are provided, with pool towels available at the Club. Starter supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are also included, and a portable crib is available upon request.
Guests have one assigned covered parking space, with additional guest parking available.

The Cottage is within easy walking distance of the Hotel, Club and Marina, where you'll find dining and additional activities. Bike, kayak, paddleboard and powerboat rentals are available through the Marina.
Complimentary resort shuttle service makes it easy to enjoy Fifth Avenue South, historic Third Street South and Naples' beautiful beaches without having to drive.

Our hostess was amazing! She provided very specific details to help with check-in, and helpful information regarding the complex itself. The unit was perfectly furnished with anything we could need for our week's stay, and the decor and furniture was beautiful!

This was our first time in this unit at NBR, but 5th time at the resort. It was by far the best unit we have stayed at. The unit was perfect for my family of 5 and one of the best sofa sleeper mattresses I have laid on. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and some. The location was also great. The host was always available and super responsive if we needed her. The resort as usual was perfect. The servers at the pool were great and so was the food and drinks. We will be back to NBR and hope to get this unit again.

The manager was very responsive and polite. The property was worn and needs updating. The unit needs a good cleaning. There was thick dust in the bath vents, dust on the old lanai furniture and the living room sofa and chairs look original to the unit. Place needs updating. I expect more considering the cost.
