Nestled in Poway, this charming house for $153 per night is a great option for your next trip. You’ll love our private and very cozy guesthouse with full modern kitchen, washer/dryer on-site, oversized shower, spacious bedroom with very a comfortable king size mattress, a couch that turns into a queen size bed AND the most amazing view! We do have 3 security camera on the property (above the attached garage, in the corner of the main garage, and directly across from it on the tree). They all are easily visible and are not monitored. They are there to protect both guests and hosts and footage is only viewed in case of an issue.

We were in Poway for a reunion and the location was ideal for all the events with friends. The location is very close to a very busy street so road noise was an issue. The linens all had a very strong fragrance of laundry detergent. The shower had black mold on the tile grout. There was old moldy food left in cupboards in the kitchen. The view is a bit different than on the website. There are refinery tanks in the view. Other than that it was a nice place. We will not return or recommend.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay. The unit is very roomy for 2 people: large kitchen and bedroom. The highlight is definitely the outside patio and the great views, especially wonderful in the morning and at sunset. It's very private, with its own parking spot. You definitely need a car, but stores and restaurants are a short drive away, and the coast is less than 30 minutes away. There is some road noise, but for us it was a non-issue, it becomes white noise in the background. Asya was wonderful, responding quickly to any communications or requests. We would stay here again!

We stayed here for a quick trip to be near family in North County and it was perfect for my husband and I. Nice and quiet.

Perfect size for a couple. We really enjoyed our walks in the neighborhood, sitting on the porch in the anti-gravity chair taking in the view, and the beautiful weather! You could hear some traffic noise at night and in the morning, but it wasn't too bad.

The quest house was great, access to the property a bit querky, very quiet, everything worked perfectly...... could find no local tv channels ( could be operator error)

The views were beautiful and the drive there was also really scenic. The owner helped me a lot and checked in a couple times to make sure that we were doing fine! Def recommend

We stayed 3 nights and had a very good experience. The unit is accessible (no stairs) which was good for us. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the awesome view while swinging on the porch swing. The road noise is tough, but it's only really a bummer first thing in the morning. Otherwise the location was super convenient. The owner was friendly and extremely responsive. Great for a getaway for 2.

Owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to communications! House is clean and comfortable with spacious kitchen-living room combo. Picturesque view. Located immediately below a major road, so noise from passing cars was noticeable; however, it was not annoyingly excessive. Would stay here again.
