La atención Junior super amable, nos ayudó en todo y nos dio indicaciones turísticas, el apto super amplio y el agua caliente funciona perfecto.
Todo estuvo bien, el apto un poco oscuro, pero para un día de turismo funciona perfecto

It was one of the best hotels in that price range that I've ever stayed in. Room was enormous and comfortable. Beds were some of the comfiest I've come across. The guys at reception were SUPER kind and helpful and always had a smile and a 'hello' for me. They recommended some great restaurants in the area. I truly can't imagine that you will find a better deal in Ipiales. The hotel is a real treat and I loved my visit there.
This is still Colombia and you have to accept that it will be VERY noisy. People above me made it difficult to sleep.

It was huge 4 rooms( 3 bedroom) apartment only for 21$! Apartment was really new and clean with hot shower!
It was cold but it isn’t a problem of hotel. Ipiales doesn’t has heat systems for houses.

everything about the property was outstanding. Toilets, rooms, hot water and so on
Carpark is not in the building but in front of it and the street is quite a hill and it has lots of traffic so parking could be hard

Excellent apartment big for my family of 6, hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, central to food, shopping, walking, all staff were wonderful but Junior Acosta went above and beyond in making sure we had a wonderful time and stay,

A large space for what you pay for. it’s a little bit of a walk to the main road but taxis are available and the staff will help you get one if you dont have cell service. The staff is super friendly and very attentive.
I had one the apartments on the 3rd floor - it was huge. a three bedroom 1 bath unit. full kitchen and common space. I was a solo traveler so I was quite surprised with the accommodations. the furniture is modern and the beds are comfy and warm. best bang for the buck during my trip.
I can’t say we bought about how friendly the staff were. getting to the Rumichacha crossing was a 5 min cab ride.

Massive, spacious apartment for a very reasonable price. Staff very friendly and attentive, Junior was very attentive awaiting our arrival beforehand via Whatsapp. Lovely place to spend a night before crossing the border into Ecuador.
The door lock was very awkward and no breakfast served at the property.

It’s operated like a hotel, so you have a front desk open all the time. They helped with our bags. Secure parking across the street. Very spacious apartment with all the amenities. I felt like I could live there. Best place I’ve stayed in Ipiales. Near to the centre.
It was a little cold in the apartment. Wifi wasn’t great.

The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and appliances were new.
The kitchen was not stocked well. Only one bad sauté pan and barely any plates and silverware. We had to wash cups so the next person could have a drink. We were a party of 6 and the kitchen supples were lacking.

Clean, modern, large room, separate living and sleeping area
No heat, was chilly. A small heater would have made our stay more enjoyable. Even having a little on for rent would have helped

I really love this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. It is great for a long term stay or for a working vacation. High recommendation.

They offered to change the room something with windows.
The hotel was very bland. The rooms were freezing the furniture was plastic which didn't help with the cold rooms. The TV had no clear channels. The hotel was very basic, no decorations on the walls
