Buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y agradables, el personal del hotel muy amable.
Teniendo en cuenta el clima de Ipiales que es muy frio, no tienen calefacción o algo similar en las habitaciones, el agua del lavamanos sale demasiado fria y no da la opción de agua caliente, no hay secador de pelo en las habitaciones ni tampoco tienen en todo el hotel… Y lo mas importante, retroalimentar al personal del hotel cuando estan en los pasillos o arreglando habitaciones; hay personas que quieren o necesitan descansar o dormir, y ellos hablan muy alto, escuchan musica con alto volumen tambien, por lo cual no respetan el descanso de los otros huespedes independiente de la hora del día.
