La ubicación del hotel estaba cerca del centro histórico plaza ipiales
No me gustó la habitación se veía antigua y mal cuidada a mi llegar no hubo toallas ni jabón, y las camas mal tendidas no era tendido de hotel era de unos principiantes no hay una ama de llaves que revise las habitaciones antes de entregar al cliente, no tiene parqueo en el hotel y el parqueo no inicia a partir del checking sino a las 7:00pm a las 8:00am de la mañana y si entras antes de las 7:00 pm le toca pagar al cliente, la nueva administración no sabe manejar bien el hotel da mucho que decir de su mal servicio La verdad que lo único bueno fue la ubicación del hotel
