Exclusive to this unit we offer a boat/sea doo lifts available to rent. (Ask host for details) The Area: The location is so unique, it's so close to many Wineries, romantic Vineyards, breathtaking Mountain and Lake views yet so central to everything. Only a 3 min drive to restaurant's, quaint shops to big box stores, Homesense, Winners, Walmart etc. No need to battle traffic for your daily necessities. This resort is truly a hidden Gem! The Unit: A quaint, bright 2 bdrm corner unit, its a smaller unit but very comfortable. It faces the quieter Zen Orchard/Tree view side of the resort. It's proximity is one of the closest to the Beach. A few steps below the unit. This unit has been exceptionally decorated with comfortable furnishings, lux linens and fun, beach Decor touches. The soft Italian leather couch loungers are so relaxing and comfy, for sure in this quaint space you will feel relaxed! Every room has large big screen Smart TV's with Netflix, Sports, Music and many more channels offered. Free Wifi. This units amazing price reflects it's quaint space yet it has a bright, airy, open concept. French doors open to the patio with a Bistro table & chair set. Your own private new Gas Grill Barbecue for the Chef in the family. The kitchen is fully stocked with some pantry items . This unit is ideal for an immediate small family or couple. The master has a very comfortable King size bed. The 2nd bdrm is a quaint Den size bdrm with a double size bunk bed. 1 small but fully stocked bathroom. A brand new full size washer & dryer set in the unit. A very unique Gem! Unlike many other vacation rentals, there's something for everyone at this resort. It offers a beautiful private sandy Beach for Beach lovers, 2 Paddle Boards & a Dble Kayak exclusive to this unit. Pool lovers can relax or play in the Caribbean Blue heated Pool. Relax in the Hot Tub. The pool deck has communal loungers & table/chair sets w/ umbrellas for shade. For the Lake and Boat enthusiast's, unique to Barona, the resort offers 2 Marina Dock's. You can sip and watch the Sunset in the evenings on the Dock's communal tables. On the same Docks, early morning's, if lucky, you may enjoy the Eagles eating their catch of the day. Meander along the Canal side of the resort, pop into the main lobby where you will find a large fish tank housing huge fish. For the Garden lover in the family, the resort is full of hidden lush Garden Pathway's, beautiful to walk and smell the Roses! Hard to find all these amenities in one package. Enjoy the Farm Loop, Hiking trails etc. Gellatly Bay. X-Treme Movie Theatre, Safari Ridge Paintball for the adventurers in the family, all just minutes away. So much to do, endless Okanagan fun! Downtown Kelowna is a short scenic drive away. For a fun filled vacation, this is your booking! Option to book discounted off season rates: Pool & Hot Tub opens May 1st to mid Oct (not ever typical, the host cannot guarantee if maintenance services occur and delay opening season dates) Very cool A/C, our unit has never had a problem, always nice and cool. (not ever typical, host cannot guarantee A/C disruption on a Geo Thermal system) This unit has 1 assigned Free parking stall. We have two more 3 bdrm units close by this unit should other family members want to book and be closer together.

Gail was a great host who was very helpful; she was responsive and provided great recommendations. The condo was as described, well stocked, clean, and had everything we needed. I would totally rent from Gail again. As per the resort, the pool was average sized and well shaded with lots of chairs. The beach was quiet and had enough water levels for varying ages of swim capacity, there was a lot of space between the docks so there wasn't issues between boaters and swimmers/paddleboarders/etc. The complex could benefit from more bike racks and storage facilities for beach items (floats, paddle boards, etc.) that are not allowed on the balconies or common property. We've only stayed on the other side of Kelowna, but West Kelowna was much conducive for our family in terms of noise, security and pace. Not a lot of night life or walk-ability to things, but plenty of daytime activities like mountain biking, golf, swim, wine tours, and restaurants. Overall a relaxing experience for a family with young kids.

The condo and the resort were very nice. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the week. It was clean and we wanted for nothing in the condo. The property was very enjoyable and relaxing. Communication with the owner was perfect. It was a great trip to Kelowna and the Barona Beach Resort. The second bedroom is best for one adult or kids. Otherwise it would be a bit cramped.

We had an amazing time at Gail’s place. The condo is in a great spot, easy access to the pool and beach. Gail communicated really quickly and gave us great local info. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit is exactly as advertised. We are a family of 5 and the double bed bunk beds were a big hit with my 3 kids. We especially loved that every bedroom had a huge tv with Netflix. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the patio is spacious and beautiful to sit out and eat as a family. We loved the pool and location was great for getting around to wineries, beaches, boating and grocery shopping. Thank you Gail for the excellent property to help create great family memories for us

Barona Beach Resort is a terrific lakeside resort with a nice beach and dock and a great pool. Gail is a wonderful host and her place was perfect for our family. There are some great restaurants nearby and a fun frozen yogurt place.

We really enjoyed our stay! We felt very welcomed coming with our young children. The place was family friendly and quiet hour was respected all week. The apartment was bright and cheery and and live in ready. We would definitely come again!

Gail’s condo is a great unit on the quiet side of the building. It is very well equipped and cleanliness is second to none. The swimming pool and beach area are very nice. Gail has Standup Paddle Boards and a kayak for her guests to use which saved us the cost of rentals. From the time we checked in to the time we left we enjoyed every moment!

Just as listed,, 2 bed room with one bathroom. Tons of space in living room and balcony. Ate outside overnight using bbq with lots of space. Very private on quiet side of complex so could even sit outside with our morning coffee. Well stocked kitchen. Barona beach is very nice, great location to everything. Communication with owner was exceptional responding via text immediately. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed paddleboarding on the lake. The suite was very comfortable, clean and in great condition. The location of the suite was not facing the beach or pool, but the balcony was quiet and private. Gail was a great host and very helpful.
