Emma and Eric were very welcoming, even prior to our stay they asked about our preferences. They stayed in contact with us the whole time just in case we needed something.
We stayed there for four nights and enjoyed our time a lot. Everything is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We also liked the decoration and furniture. It felt like being at home :)

Beautiful property in a quiet location within walking distance of Falmouth town centre.
A real home from home.
Nothing, everything was good.

The old English Rooms is an excellent base to explore Falmouth from a great location with stunning views the facilities are fantastic everything you could possibly need is catered for it is spotlessly clean and tidy and lovingly cared for by the owners Emma & Eric who are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything Falmouth and nothing was too much trouble for them well worth a visit we throughly recommend it
Lack of wardrobe space
Nothing much really
