A 2000 sq ft bungalow. This is a great location with quick and easy freeway access. The property is in the perfect place to access Cottonwood Canyon, Park City and Salt Lake City. It is a mere 5-minute drive to the mouth of Cottonwood Canyon, 30 minutes to Park City, 15 minutes to downtown SLC and 19 minutes to the airport. For you foodies, this home is a quick walk to a restaurant featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives called “Oh Mai!” It’s a place you really gotta try!

Location is good for about a 30 minute drive up the canyons to ski when you can avoid the red snake. Comfortable, clean with two living areas.

Rey and Michelle's property is quite lovely, quaint, clean and located a short drive from UU, downtown, skiing and not too far from airport. Everything was as advertised or better. Great patio area where we had a bbq for daughter and friends. Rey's communication was clear, appropriate and he got back quickly with any questions. As a VRBO owner ourselves, we would highly recommend!
