Wonderful apartment with a view to match very comfortable beds and all amenities catered for

Amazing views from the apartment. Superbly clean apartments, almost all necessities already available.

The call center fir CouCou & Co. could have been reachable even on Sundays. We had a query, for which we had to wait until the next day.

Everything I needed was on hand and the location was excellent

I couldn’t open the windows for cooling the place because of the many insects that could come inside

The location was stunning, with views over lake Lucerne from our balcony Everything was easily accessible - supermarket, lidos , restaurants

Everything in the apartment was immaculate and more than catered for our needs. We were unsure where to put the rubbish after our stay as there didn’t seem to be any wheely bins or any instructions on where to put general waste , plastics and bottles ( I separated each into bags ) but had to leave in the apartment as we had an early departure.

Good size, clean, well equipped, comfortable bed and OK parking (small cars only)

Very noisy road in front of apartment, very difficult to air as no ventilators provided - and doors/windows needed to stay closed on roadside due to noise

Very good accommodation, with a beautiful terrace, spacious and everything that one can need during a trip. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have seen so far, you have more than you would need in a trip with children.

The appartment is spacious with a terrace and an excellent view to the lake. It is very clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The agency called me before arrival asking if I had questions, which was very nice. The instructions in the pdf guide are helpful. We were able to arrive very late at night and retrieve the key. The parking spot was right next to the building. We also very much appreciated the adapter for the Swiss electric plug type.

Both doublebeds have each only one blanket which was a bit short for 2 people. Be prepared for moskitos, as if you keep the window open, they come to bite you in the evening. Also sometimes we couldn't be at the terrace and had to close windows as people below us were smoking. The sink at the bathroom was clogged, which apparently was known to the host but not fixed. Throughout the time I kept receiving information in French (which I don't understand). Later I received a pdf guide in English, but the information there was sometimes confusing. For example the first chapter speaks about a front door, but you find them only if you first follow the second chapter. Also in the guide we were asked to run the dishwasher, but there was no respective soap/powder. The instructions for dealing with the garbage in the guide was not understandable and there was no guidance on plastic/paper waste separation. I called the helpline, but there was a bot only in French so I didn't know what it was saying and then it hung up the call.

Location is excellent. The view of the lake from the apartment (balcony, living room and 1 of the bedrooms) is magnificent. The apartment is very recently renovated, everything is modern and it is very well equipped. Playground and village shops within walking distance (less than 500m)
