Location was beautiful right on the waterfront.
Attitude of staff was inconsistent, mainly in the restaurant. Not always pleasant, very slow service and not accommodating or attentive to customers needs. Would often have to ask three times before they actually delivered what was requested. One incident of a $350 charge in the restaurant being charged to my room mistakenly When another customer had signed to charge it to their room!

Dinner at Copper & Salt was TOP NOTCH! Meal was fabulous and reasonably priced. Beautiful outside view from nearly every table.
Loved the variety of activities just outside the door.

The location is beautiful.
Love the spa.
Front Dsesk was Awesome.
A/C went out in our room.
Pool is teeny, hot tub was under construction.
Restaurant service was super slow..
Pillows were horrible.
