The hosts were just wonderful. We loved hearing the history of the house and looking at all of the craftsmanship and decor. We also loved the yard and garden.
What’s not to like? Pillows were a little heavy and I could have used a fan for noise and air circulation but that doesn’t have any bearing on our rating.

The words I would use to describe our hosts are: kind, caring, compassionate and comfortable. Upon entering the Villa, you immediately feel comfortable.
A very minor inconvenience were the steep stairs but after the climb you are rewarded with a beautiful view! So not really an issue!

Beautiful home and great owners. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast that was beyond our expectations. Conversations with Marty and Toni was enjoyable as they are a wonderful couple! When we are in Tacoma again, we will be back!

the breakfast was delicious! yogurt with fresh fruit in a beautiful 'goblet' ( we even went out and bought the same brand of yogurt- and the eggs were delicious.
We got a grand tour of the Villa with all the history - it was wonderful and we learned so much of the history of the Villa!
It would have been nice to know how to open the windows - it was warm, But no fear! my husband was able to open them! Other than that, there was nothing to not like!
