The communication and instructions to reach and check-in were very clear and helpful. The host was very prompt with message responses to answer any and every question we had.
The location is slightly challenging - it cannot be accessed directly via the train between Visp and Zermatt and need to switch over to bus 511 which has a low frequency late evening, making it inconvenient to get to the property quickly.

Really good sized single room. Nice sized shared shower room, with clean facilities. Indoor and outdoor seating for meals and good range of equipment in the kitchen. Very friendly atmosphere. Small supermarket about 5 minute walk away. Lots of info available of local things to do. Would have considered extending my stay, if I'd not already made train reservationd. Would certainly stay again.
It was really close to Stalden Saas rail station and then, only 2 stops from there, by bus. This worked really well in the day. Unfortunately, the wait for the bus one evening was far longer than walking would have been. Decided to walk but in hindsight, that wasn't the best idea, as the pavements stopped & it was very dark (despite having a torch). Not the fault of the hosts.
