The staff was great and always willing to help! Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean, well decorated and close to the main plaza.
The shower could use a shower head and the beds could be a little more comfortable

The room was huge, and the bathroom was very clean with a good shower. Central location just next to the main plaza. The bed was massive too.
The room is above a busy road very noisy at night and early in the morning. No sound insulation.

Property location is excellent. Surrounded by many options to dine and some close late. Lobby of hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms are comfortable and bathrooms as well. Breakfast options great for the price and comfort. But unfortunately as an experienced traveler who enjoy staying in different places , I look at details, hotel needs to place close attention to room walls, some look dirty and scratched which gives the room a bad impression. My daughter stayed in one of the hotel rooms downstairs and came across some small roaches. Fumigation is suggested . I didn't come across none in my room but this can affect hotel rating .
The lack of maintenance inside the room. A little touch up paint would help keep a nice continuous image of the lobby.
