La ubicación, muy cerca a todo, el personal muy amable
El baño de la habitación no estaba bien organizado, tenía unos puntos como de humedad. Las almohadas muy duras y altas. El café del desayuno muy maluco, si se está en el eje cafetero uno espera que den un buen café, no instantáneo.

La picina es helada no eta climatizada prácticamente es mejor que no ofrezcan ese servicio quería que mi hijo disfrutará no lo pudo hacer
