The customer service was the standout of the stay, the team was attentive and accommodating the entire time, including opening the parking lot whenever needed, even though it was three houses away from the hotel. The main suite I stayed in was comfortable and had zero issues. The location is excellent, right at the entrance to the road leading to the Termales. I was also at the hotel during the 7.4 magnitude earthquake on August 10th, 2026 and the building held up impressively, nothing fell and nothing broke despite the intense shaking. For the price, the value was outstanding.
The second room, used by my friends, had an opening without a screen or barrier, which let large bugs in at night due to the light. Everything else about that room was comfortable and nice.

El personal del hotel muy amable, muy atento, muy serviciales. Te brindan un café molido de la región delicioso. Las instalaciones limpias, organizadas. Recomendado!
Recomendaría mejorar el aislamiento de ruido del exterior y las cortinas para hacer de la habitación más oscura, para hacerla más propicia para el descanso.

Todo perfecto, recomiendo por seguridad las lámparas colgantes en las habitaciones no deberían ir en el cabezal de las camas dado que es muy riesgoso si se llega a desprender.
