Good location, close to JR Sakuragicho. Relatively new building. Close to Pia Arena MM. Good bathroom layout.
Room is quite small, strangely not close to a conbini (closest conbini is 2 blocks away across a street).

The location was great. Room was quiet on the 10th floor. Beds comfortable.
It provided coffee and tea in the lobby. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They received a package I had delivered from Kyoto.
Surprised to see our room had a heavily stained carpet, especially in front of the fridge, and some walls were dirty. Not typical for Japan standards.
It would have been helpful to have had some English instructions posted as well in the washing machine room.
Unfortunately, breakfast was not included. Cost was Y2,000/pp so did not try.

We chose this hotel because the location was convenient for a wedding that we were attending in Yokohama. The room was well appointed and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The complimentary coffee machine and biscuits in reception were also very nice.
This hotel was markedly more expensive per night than other similar hotels that we;d stayed at in other cities in Japan,, possibly due to its location? However this wouldn't put us off from staying here in the future.

The location. Easy 8 minute walk to main station and air cabin ride. Best price for the area.
The train. Maybe it was our room 904 but the train going past so close gets pretty annoying after a few hours. Get a higher floor. Room was clean but one pillowcase had stains on it, very unpleasant but we got back late so didn’t complain. Big step up into bathroom. Small room.
