Nestled in Long Beach, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This unit is in Tower 1 on the 12th floor If this unit is already booked for the dates you'd like to have, please visit our twin units in the same building. https://www.vrbo.com/9449166 & https://www.vrbo.com/3775261 We welcome you to come and enjoy our often updated unit on the 12th floor at the fantastic Majestic Beach Resort. This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for the responsible person so you can enjoy a nice relaxing stay. The unit features a fully appliance well stocked stainless steel kitchen with composite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, sleeps 8 comfortably (6 private + 2 on pull out sofa with queen mattress). The dining room seats 6 with 4 more at the side counter so everyone can enjoy eating together. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full view of the Gulf opening up to your own 27 foot balcony. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower, and private commode. The second bedroom also has a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bed also has direct access to the second bath, making it feel like another master suite. The third bedroom has a full bed (no bunks) with its own flat screen tv perfect for adults, teens, or younger children. The large living room has a jumbo flat screen TV, and opens to the private balcony looking directly onto the beach, no obstructions so you can enjoy every sunset. This unit features tile flooring with fun soothing wall colors throughout. The unit and balcony are smoke free so you can enjoy the fresh air at every turn, we were so inspired we even nicknamed the condo SaltAir. Majestic Beach Resort has something for everyone. There’s the famous white sand beaches with beach chair and umbrella rentals on site; 5 pools including 2 indoor heated pools, 1 kiddie pool with fountain, 1 covered shadepool, and 1 large full outdoor pool with a waterfall; 3 hot tubs; a poolside bar and grill with full service lunch and dinner; an on-site market featuring Starbucks, pizza, ice cream, a breakfast & lunch menu, pre-packaged snacks, drinks, and beach supplies so you never need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. There’s a parking garage with an air conditioned walkway so no need to worry about street traffic. Additionally there is a game room with pool table, ping pong and more, a fitness center the size of a local gym; 125 seat movie theater; and a hard surface tennis court so bring your favorite racquet. All this is on-site, but you can also enjoy area restaurants, bars, and more only a short walk away in the Shoppes at Edgewater plaza; and you’re only a short drive and moments from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining center, there’s every local water sport you can imagine; and we’re only 25 minutes from the airport.

The owner is amazing to communicate with. We were able to add a last minute additional day. The condo was cleaned and included way more things that I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend this property and owner to anyone!

We had a fun family vacation. There was lot of things not working in the building. One of the indoor pools was closed. Additional elevators had 1 closed and you couldn’t go all the way to ground floor. Tower one outdoor pool was freezing the whole trip and to use the bathroom you had to walk far because the indoor pool was closed. Room itself we stayed in was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay! Every year we stay in PCB but this was our first time on this side of the pier. The condo, and beaches were perfect for our family! The condo was clean, and had everything you need for a week away from home. All around a 5 star experience!

This was our first trip to PCB. The owner was very communicative. I originally requested one parking pass only to need a second one at the very last minute. She replied quickly and had an extra pass waiting for us in the condo. I really appreciated how easy she made it on us.
Being so close to the beach made it easy to get up early and stake our little place on the beach before it got crowded. It was also convenient to run up to the condo to grab something to eat.
Everything in the condo was labeled making it easier to find and put away pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, etc.
It’s a very large condo resort complex. You unload your things on the third level of the parking structure. They have carts for you to use - you have to leave your drivers license with the attendant while you use the cart. The elevators are very fast.
The owner provides wrist bands (8 max) that you must wear when on the resort property.
We didn’t use the pools or fitness room at all. The food at the resort is very expensive. Bring lots of water. I’ve made a note to bring at least two cases next time I go.
I would recommend this owner and this condo.

Beautiful as always our Condo was great small 3rd room, washer and dryer in awkward place, sofa bed a little beat up but it was a great place. Beach towels provided definitely a plus and sand toys a plus for little ones

The condos were great. They meet our needs. When Ana was contacted about an issue with fhe tub she sent help right away. Everything was repaired in a timely manner.

Our unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The balcony view was amazing, and we loved the property. This unit is a little bit older and had some minor issues (dishwasher, jet tub), but the owner was always quick to respond. Majestic Beach Resort is a great place to stay in PCB.

We are a group of ladies all family that take a beach trip every year. Our age ranges from late 30’s to mid 60’s. We are all young at heart and have a great time. This property was fantastic in all ways. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Location location location what can I say it was spot on. Ana was a pleasure to work with everything was as she said. Very easy check in and out. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Ana.

Initially I was satisfied with my stay despite the garbage disposal not working toilet seat had a crack In it dirty furniture no extra blankets or pillows and the door wasn’t locking at first. But to message me asking why was water in the sink knowing I called and told you the garbage disposal didn’t work and he basically said someone will come next week I didn’t get upset because were on vacation. But to send a picture of the door and accuse me of breaking it knowing I left it in good condition is beyond me !! Norman even cursed at me (very unprofessional) when I was being respectful I even mentioned if you don’t like black people and being racist just say that and he didn’t respond !! The toilet seat was old with a crack in it and he tried to put that blame on me as well !! I’ve been coming to pcb the last 10 years and have stayed all over and have never felt like this I actually cried because he was so nasty and rude to me never again !!! Norman doesn’t like black people!

We had an excellent experience and enjoyed our 2 month stay. The unit was spacious and fit 3 adults comfortably. The balcony was my happy place with it’s gorgeous view right on top of the white beaches and beautiful ocean. Communication with the owners was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. Property was fine. Door code did not work on arrival. Had to call owner to get key. They were very helpful. Weather was terrible, cold and rainy and we left a day early, but that's just life. The beach was beautiful and would have been great in better weather.

View was terrific and beach was beautiful. Condo was smaller than expected. The description of condo stated it was recently updated and refurbished. It didn’t appear that way to us. Furniture was old, chairs were dirty, third bedroom was extremely small for a double bed. Pocket door to bathroom was difficult to use and needed to be repainted with new hardware. No grab bars Inshower or tubs .

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful, the pools were fun, and the beach was amazing. They had plenty of bowls, cups, plates and silverware. We would stay here again.
I do have a few suggestions that would have improved our stay. It would have been nice to have 1) a roll of paper towels (supposed to be provided, but was not) 2) shampoo and conditioner (at least for the first night— even a travel size would have been fine), 3) extra blankets and pillows (since we aren’t allowed to use the quilts), and 4) some new liquid hand soaps for the bathrooms. They filled up old, used-up dollar store liquid hand soap bottles with water. There was almost no soap in the bottles at all and the water just shot straight out and splattered on the counter and our clothes. Not complaints, just suggestions! :) Not a huge deal, but it didn’t give the best impression. Otherwise, everything was great, and like I said, we would stay again! Thanks, Ana!

Great family trip with another couple and our kiddos (2 two year olds & 1 infant). Plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen. Extra toys. Only wish there were a few more pillows for the bed since two are only decorative. Otherwise great place to stay and would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved this place. The property manager was so nice and helpful before we ever arrived. You couldn’t ask for a better location, it was clean and perfectly decorated, and they had everything there (beach towels, chairs, floats, even seasoning for cooking, board games)!

Excellent Location, Clean Property
The property is in a perfect location. The view is outstanding! The property managers were wonderful and communicated instantly when answering any questions or concerns (super helpful!). There were 2 reasons for the 4 stars: the master bed was a little hard for my comfort, and the parking and walking back and forth from the garage to the room was quite inconvenient, especially with the long waits for elevators. Overall, the room and location were exactly what we'd imagined! And owners were phenomenal to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

We really enjoyed the beach and amenities at the Majestic. It's a great location on Panama City Beach near many restaurants and attractions. The people who work at the resort property are very helpful, especially the security team.
