This beautiful, modern, upgraded 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment at Summer Sea has everything you would want for your fabulous vacation. New to the rental market, this top floor apartment has a Brand-new modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances and all new furniture will make your stay a joy! The master bedroom has a new queen size bed. With a full size bed plus bunkbeds and a half bathroom in the guest bedroom, there is plenty of room for the grandkids to visit. Come and visit the owner's pride and joy!
Summer Sea has two pools, gym, beach, BBQ, game rooms, Laundry rooms and free community Wi-Fi with onsite management. The perfect place to spend your vacation! MM88.5, Islamorada. Summer Sea is a residential condominium with a friendly atmosphere. A beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch. Islamorada calls itself the fishing capital of the world, with diving, eating and fabulous weather.
Summer Seas is located at MM 88.5, 68 miles from Miami, in the Heart of Islamorada, "The Fishing Capital of the World".
A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28-day minimum, Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days, a cancellation fee of 3% will be charged to cover costs plus a $200 cancellation fee.

We stayed in Summer Sea Condominium from Feb 1 2025 till the second week in April. This was our second stay in Summer Sea. It is a place with a good tropical feel.
The location was a short distance to good eating places and shopping only a few miles away.
The condo complex has a great pool! The deck was clean as was the surrounding area. A good place to relax. The people were very friendly.
We had a two bedroom condo which was clean and very comfortable and well furnished.
We are hoping to vacation there again.

Friendly Neighbors, clean community and pool.
There was a meet and greet every week so you could get to know everyone, that was nice.
Place was very clean and decorated nicely.
The beds were not very comfortable, but that is the only thing bad I can say.
I will be back next year!

The agent in charge, Jonelle lives on site and made sure everything was perfect. You always have a few hiccups that are out of everyone's control but the speed Jonelle handled these problems was exceptional.
The apartment was recently renovated and the décor and theme of apartment fit absolutely perfectly with the Keys atmosphere.
The Beach area was not large but gave an exceptional view of the sunsets. The Beach was a meeting ground at sunset for neighbors A fire was often built on the beach in the fire pit where we talked and enjoyed a few beverages as the night darkened.
The pool, another gathering spot was heated and always crystal clear. It is about 22 yards long so perfect for swimming laps or floating in a lounger.
Grocery Shopping is very convenient with a Wynn Dixie within 3 miles and a Publix within 5 miles.
