Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times. Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers, and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service. This was a perfect place to stay for me and my family. If you need a place to stay in the Niles area, just choose here. Easy, clean, accommodating... insert any positive adjective here.

The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Previous reviews that mentioned the thin walls/sound carrying were accurate, but that wasn’t an issue for us. My kids said the beds were noisy in their room. Loved the walking path along the river. We also walked to pick up pizza and some drinks at the dollar store. In the morning walked to grocery store for some breakfast. Only recommendations for host are more blankets. There was only one extra blanket for 4 beds. Also, there were several coffee stations, but no tea for us non-coffee drinkers. Would definitely stay again. Really nice place.

We rented two apartments in the complex and enjoyed our stay. The apartments are cute and exactly as shown. the only negatives would be that the bathtub in apartment 6 is draining too slowly. Also we could have used blankets on the beds in addition to the sheet and bedspreads. And more than one kitchen towel would have been helpful.

The place we stayed was very nice. After I locked in price with VRBO, I received invoice from Eula with a higher amount (almost $100 higher) reached out to host and Eula and both confirmed price was correct,even though I sent screenshot of confirmation of vrbo price. Spoke with Eula who said maybe it was guest fees we were being charged. She was confident she was correct. Spoke with Quinton at vrbo,who called prop mgr. Unique stays confirmed THEY had issues with their software that was causing the incorrect price. Called the next day and Sage was absolutely wonderful in correcting this in 5 min,while apologizing and taking responsibility in the error. Can't thank Sage enough for making our stay awesome and stress free with her leadership and ability to take ownership of the error. Susan at the Lofts was also amazing as she was able to go above and beyond with our needs and was so friendly and nice. Overall a great location and stay.

Great location to connect with friends between Chicago and Michigan. Unique location above businesses with a warehouse/loft vibe. Right on the river trail. Great distillary/restaurant a block away.
Very well stocked and plenty of room for a family. It is run by a management company so dont anticipate flexibility with check in and check out.

Absolutely loved it except no soundproofing between bedrooms and living area, or between units. Could hear conversations next door as if they were in same room. If not for that, would rate 4 or 5.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. Room was clean and spacious. Only downside is that mattresses on all beds have seen their better days and need replacement.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable. We walked around area. There is a very nice walking or bike path along river. No restaurants nearby that we saw. Two negative thoughts the front door was not locked your condo had locks but the front door was left open. I feel there is a safety issue. Second the air vent was disgustingly dirty. All of us were sneezing and coughing after a couple of hours Easy fix just vacuum change filters. I did text with a question after arrival and no response from Sage who texted me when we got in the door. Being honest

property is well maintained and located close to a lot of different cities but far enough away that you don’t have all the tourist congestion and noise. there are numerous orchards, wineries, breweries, cider mills and distilleries close by to explore. would stay here again.

I guess you get what you pay for.....
Great idea to use a commercial building for small apartments but, outside of building including the entrance and staircase needed to be cleaned along with the exposed commercial ceiling duct work inside the apartment. Sinks in one of the bathrooms would not drain, and the shower/tub in another would not drain. Sent an email to owner but no response. Beds are very low quality.

Very nice stay for a sisters weekend! Close to Niles cute downtown, restaurants and shops. You might tell future guests that these lofts are in a commercial building. Also, we could not find any cleaning supplies….broom, extra paper towel, garbage bags, etc. But overall, we would stay again!

My wife & I had a nice weekend getaway at Unique Stays. The place (#6) was spacious and had everything we needed. Communicating with the managers was easy and they responded promptly when we contacted them. The location is great as it is along the river in downtown Niles.

We were amazed with how well the kitchen was stocked and enjoyed the 2 Keurig coffee stations located in the commons. Conveniently located close to St. Joseph, New Buffalo, and South Haven, it was perfect for our busy weekend getaway. Would love to get back soon!

The lights on the bed, extra towels, bottles of water, and chocolates were a nice touch and gave it a special flair, too. Getting in was easy, any questions were answered quickly, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to everyone we know as well as anyone reading reviews here. :) The only negative I can think of (and they can't really control this as I'm sure it wasn't built by them) is that there's no elevator. Just let prospective renters know that they must be able to walk up some stairs to gain access to the rentals. But it is well worth it! A+

One of the bedrooms had a previous occupant's trash as well. But the rooms were clean otherwise, and had a nice view of the river.
