We had stayed in this hotel before and knew what to expect. The staff were friendly, the facilities good and the food always varied and tasty.
I was disappointed that getting served at the bars or waffle bar seemed to come down to who made the most noise and not who was there first, this was especially true for my son who isn't pushy. It's not hard to work out who's next when you try.

Great facilities, lovrly rooms, very clean, good food, great drinks especially the cocktails. All the staff were lovely. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. A really lovely stay.
Nothing not to like about this hotel.
A little out of the way but nothing g a quick 10 euro taxi ride into Side zold Town can't solve if you deal the need. We only went once in 10 days

Great service. Good facilities. Friendly staff. Good quality of food.
It is so hard to book the a la carte restaurant. Despite sending a message at 9 am on two consecutive days i only got my second choice on the second last day.

Very clean rooms and facilities and quest relationships team .
The temperature in room at night time was around 14 °C and after too many discussions and emails The management decided to put on the heating for 1 night and switched off again next night when again was 16°C into my room .The hotel management is very slow to solve the guest issues .
