Located in Saint Simons Island, this lovely condo for $57 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This cozy 2 bedroom condominium has the best balcony view. You will enjoy the south-island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Neptune Park, the pier, shops, and excellent restaurants. There is usually a place playing live music on weekends! The master has a King size bed, Queen in the guest room, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The unit comes with furnishings and reliable wifi. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private socked lake, and includes USAGE OF 4 BIKES (Beach Cruisers.) for an additional fee. Optional Fees: *1pm EST check in: $20 *12pm EST check out: $20 *Usage of 4 bikes during your entire trip: $20 *Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed). The Space 1) Second floor (no noise above you and better view of Lake) 2) Includes bike usage for additional fee. 3) Access to two pools on the property (one heated.) 4) Tennis courts. 5) Walking distance to entertainment. 6) Fitness Center. 7) Pet Free Environment (No animal hair anywhere) PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE). We will definitely stay here again. The condo was clean & comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ducks in the pond. Even got in a game of ping pong! Condo is close to the pier, and shopping. We had a great, relaxing vacation.

The property was spotlessly clean. Everything g that we needed was there. Checkin was super easy. It is very close to the downtown pier area and we enjoyed walking there. We would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed here with my family and we had a great time. The condo was the perfect size for our family and we even visited the pool and playground which my kids loved. Very close to the beach, pier and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and highly recommend it.

The property was clean and well stocked. Great location, about a 5-10 bicycle ride (bicycles were included with the apartment) to the pier and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The interior was very clean and the beds were comfy. The owner gave us great info and we were able to get in contact easily. It was very close to the downtown area. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Love the water view from our condo! The tree’s here are amazing to go look at the park and the food is awesome. Beach here is very clean and a lot of room for family and friends to enjoy flying a kite or any other activities.

Overall great stay. The website had me nervous when I initially booked but Dave was super helpful! The condo was clean and fairly easy to get to. Check in/out was painless. If we ever stay in St Simons again, I would definitely consider booking again.

The unit had everything you needed for a short stay (4 nights). Bed in master br was comfortable. The bathrooms could be larger and need a place to store your bathroom essentials. The unit is very convenient to Pier Village which has lots of shops and restaurants.

We loved this property. The beds were very comfortable, the condo was plenty spacious for the two of us and the balcony and its view provided the perfect space for both morning coffee and happy hour. The complimentary bikes were a huge plus for our time on the island. We surely hope to return in the future. Thank you!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first visit to the Golden Isles. Our condo was in a great location (very walkable neighborhood), and the complex has a lot of amenities. Our unit was clean, comfortable and just right for us. The owner, in particular, was top notch, providing regular communication before, during and after our stay. We'll stay here again when we return to St. Simons Island.

The condo worked out great for us. The property had a great selection of amenities (pool, pickleball, bikes, etc) and a porch overlooking the duck pond. It is also in a convenient location to both the town and beach.

We absolutely loved our stay! Great communication from the property owner from the beginning. Check in was super easy! The place was amazingly clean. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The 2 pools looked wonderful and clean but it was way too cold to swim. The fitness room and ping pong table kept us busy. The apartment is within walking distance to the pier again too cold to walk or use the bikes provided. Easy to get to anywhere you need to on the island or on Jekyll island as well. We will definitely come back and use the pool and bikes when it's warmer. The lake view was beautiful and relaxing, best view in the neighborhood! We loved feeding the ducks. We loved our stay and you won't be sorry staying here either.

This was the perfect spot for our quick weekend get away! The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a terrific view of the water and the ducks came to visit (but not too close so they didn’t leave a mess!) We were located close to all of the amenities. We did not get a chance to use the bikes and it was too cold for the pool. However, when we visit again, it will be for longer so we can.

First of all we loved the location! We enjoyed the peaceful view of the pond and watching the ducks. Ping pong and tree swings right outside condo was a nice touch as well. The condo was a little more spacious than we thought it would be, yay! While the kitchen isn’t large I was still able to cook Thanksgiving lunch in there. I loved the closet being between the master bed and bath. We utilized the bicycles everyday and biked to the pier, East Beach, and Gould’s Inlet. The condo was clean and so was the furniture. We had no problems and would stay again.
