We have stayed here before and would stay again. We hope to see the steps out back repaired before our next stay :) the house is cozy and clean and there is plenty of room.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for our family of 13. The property is on a very quiet street right on the river . Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

The kitchen was very spacious and clean. The dishes, pots, etc are all jumbled up in cabinets and drawers but we managed well.Loved the main living, kitchen& dining area. Very comfortable!We found the refrigerator with two large leftover pizzas, eggs, pickles and a few other food items. We threw them away.The beds were comfortable and cotton linens were very soft. Shades provided privacy and shade in the house. The back patio porch was great for sitting and watching the river. The code locking and unlocking worked well with different comings and goings from the house. The teens and young adults loved the game room/ bunk room for watching different shows and bonding together.We cooked several meals and managed okay. The microwave has some buttons that don’t work.We grilled on BbQ grill but was a disaster the bottom inside the grill is rusted almost all outAnd flame was burning the person cooking.We went & purchased toliet paper and paper towels and trash bags because there wasn’t any extra. Then on The 3rd day there we came back to house and extras were placed in a bag on the carport.There was a mention that the stairs going down the the deck were being repaired, but no repairs evident and they are rotten in most places, very dangerous to use. We were disappointed that there was no real way to get down to the river itself. The teens were able to shimmey and. maneuver down it only!We did enjoy our trip very much! Lots of good family time.!

Could not get to river could not get to the deck due to it was all rotted out back patio had rot also the a/c did not cool bed rooms as it should
