We enjoyed the quiet and felt safe as two females. The bath was a really nice surprise and the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook and store food. The manager is friendly and helpful and we were able to book an extra night. The bedding was clean, traditional mat style which we enjoyed.
Travelling to Tokyo was quite challenging, navigating the trains and took about 1hr 30 to get to main areas of interest which made it feel like the price was a bit steep for the location.
