アットホームでくつろげました。
朝、夕食ともに大変美味しかった。
オーナーの息子さんに室内、屋外で遊んでもらって大変楽しかったです。
オーナーの飼い猫が人懐っこくて可愛かったです。
あくまでゲストハウスなので、施設はリーズナブルなことを考慮すれば妥当だと思います。

The couple running the guest house are fantastic, very friendly and personable, and it felt more like visiting a family friend. We had a last minute hiccup in our travel plans and they provided a shuttle all the way from Toyama airport for a reasonable fee. The meals were homemade and excellent and a great value, and they ask you when you'd like it ready so it suited our schedule. There's a friendly and mischievous cat (Chita) who was a highlight for me (but those with cat allergies should be forewarned, they want to get into your business and know how to open the sliding doors). It was very reasonable for the area and they gave good beta like taking a short walk to the fancy Morinokaze hotel for their excellent onsen.
We were there in the summer to do the Alpen Route, but there are several small ski resorts nearby, with a chairlift right next door. I imagine this would be a cozy spot for a winter retreat from Toyama.
This isn't exactly a negative, but just know that this isn't a fancy hotel, it's a Japanese style minshuku (family-run guesthouse) with tatami rooms and futons, so if that's not your thing, prepare to pay more elsewhere. Looking at a map, the guest house appears very close to tateyama station where the alpen route starts, as the crow flies, but it's actually a 40 minute walk because the way the roads run you can't descend straight down to the station area. The guest house does offer shuttle service to the station for a nominal fee, and it's worth it (there are no taxis in the area and calling one up is prohibitively expensive). There are no conbini, but some small stores and cafe/restaurants around the station but very few options with limited hours, so planning ahead is crucial.

送迎もしっかりしてくだり、お食事とても美味しかったとのことでした。

お弁当を作ってくれた（有料）、送迎してくれた（有料）、有料だとしても、真心がこもった対応でした。朝食のお弁当、お昼用のお弁当、どちらもとてもおいしかった。送迎も急遽、早朝の対応でしたが、快くしてくれました。
設備は古いです。ホテルだと思って行かない方がいいです。私は登山用の山小屋と思って泊まりました。グループ合宿で泊まるような場所です。
