Localização, ótimo custo beneficio

infelizmente o banheiro tinha um cheiro estranho, algo que vinha do ralo. Alem do fato da janela dos quartos estarem voltados para o lugar reservado as condensadoras do ar. Ou seja, um certo barulho chato especialmente a noite ao dormir.

not 4 star, NOT good value.

the lobby and location. the staff were polite and helpful speaking good English.

our first room, the shower door was half gone, meaning water would go everywhere. some of the rooms are outdated and poor quality. we were moved but the room we were ‘upgraded’ to had next to no plugs at all, had an unmade bed and hadn’t been cleaned properly. this was not worth the 460 USD for 3 nights at all.

Comfortable stay

Good location in the city center. Nice ambience. Room is parquet flooring.

The bathroom can get a little chilly when the temperature drops. Only 1 power socket available for charger (the rest are used by lamps in the room)

Just not right this time for us..

First impressions very good. Lovely hotel.

The early morning noise from the building work. It was a shame but our room was on the wrong side of the hotel. Because they were full we were moved next door to the Sheraton, but nonetheless they should notify guests about the building work.

A nice hotel, in a central location.

Large, comfortable room. Easy check in and very pleasant staff. Breakfast was one of the better that we encountered during our time in Argentina. Good central location.

Air con in the room isn’t very cold and is only in the bedroom. wifi could be improved in the rooms at the back of the hotel e.g. we only had wifi in the living room and not the bedroom.

Not much. Location was good.

The hotel was old and outdated. It was overpriced for the value. The amenities like the gym were falsely advertised. It's obvious they just wanted a higher star rating.

A great little hotel in a great location in Mendoza. And a good value.Recommended!

Clean. Good location. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

The twin beds in our room old, soft and very squeaky. My back hurt after the first night. We changed rooms for the next two nights. The beds were new and comfortable. Reception staff facilitated the room change without a problem.

Excellent hotel with 5 star service!

staff were so friendly and helpful, great location, very comfortable and clean. All the little touches made it such a great stay.

expensive for laundry so we went direct to the laundrette close by.

would love to have a room on the opposite side next time.

very excellent location for walking to restaurants and shops.

there was no view from our window, we stared into a building under construction 1 metre next to our room and lots of construction noise.

Ideal for exploring Mendoza centre

A super location for exploring the central area of Mendoza. A lovely team, always happy to help.

We stayed twice here, the first room was fantastic and wish we had booked the same room on our return.

Except for it’s location, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Not so nice or friendly

The location

Hotel does not meet a 4 star standard. It is tired. They are making an expansion so construction is very disturbing and the hotel does not warn you about it. We were put in a horrible room when we arrived Had to complain a few times to get moved into a nice larger room. It’s problem is that it had a not so nice smell. All in all not such a good experience.

Bar rarely staffed/rarely used, (as a bar)..... Glorified seating area in the reception. Bill more than I was expecting. Booking. Com quoted 3nights for equivalent of $360 ie $120/night. I actually paid equivalent of $160/night.

Look elsewhere if you want value for your money.

The location was central and close to the main bars and restaurants.

First, the classic twin room was absolutely terrible. The room was tiny (it was nearly impossible to open two standard sized suitcases at the same time). The furnishings were extremely dated. The air conditioner did not work. The only window out of the room faces an internal fountain through which you can also see the people leaving the elevator (and they can see you). The bathroom was in poor condition - some of the tile was decaying, and the toilet was so close to the wall, your knees could touch the wall. Check-in was also very poor. The lady didn’t tell us anything about breakfast, pool, etc. and we had to figure it out as we went along. Also, she asked us to indicate what type of wine bottle we wanted as a gift. The bottle never arrived and when we checked out, they told us it was only a glass of wine. First, that was not what we were told. Second, we weren’t even offered a free glass of wine until we asked about the bottle at checkout at 10:30am (and we didn’t feel like a glass then!). Very disappointing overall and will not stay here again.
