Breakfast was good.
Complimentary evening wine tasting offered.
La Cabrera steak restaurant on site, which was excellent.
We booked a suite which was a great size for us, however the rooms could do with a major update. Bed was very comfortable.
There was a football team staying at the Sheraton next door during our stay. Lots of facilities, such as the roof bar, were closed exclusively for them.
Lots of football fans outside which was extremely noisy.
Rooms could do with being refurbished.

We were upgraded to the attached Hualta Hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value in a perfect location, with a comfortable room. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the terrace was a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, filled our water bottles on request. Large lobby area, room was a reasonable size, bed was comfortable and linen was nice quality
Overall it is very dated, bathroom was very old and very small

Not much. Good location. Maids were great
Staff were rude. Lighting terrible. Uncomfortable pillows. Shower was a death trap. Lifts were old and tiny. Room was LOUD with pipes gurgling all night keeping you awake.
