A decent hotel with direct access to the Sheraton and Hualta hotels adjoining (all owned by the same group) where most of the facilities are.
Rooms feel nice on the whole.
The rooms could do with a makeover.
As noted in other reviews, the windows lead onto a shaft which is loud, so cannot be left open at night.

It felt very authentic. It was very clean, and I like that it was linked to the next door hotel
The bathroom layout wasn’t great. You had to climb over the bidet to get in the shower

Breakfast was good.
Complimentary evening wine tasting offered.
La Cabrera steak restaurant on site, which was excellent.
We booked a suite which was a great size for us, however the rooms could do with a major update. Bed was very comfortable.
There was a football team staying at the Sheraton next door during our stay. Lots of facilities, such as the roof bar, were closed exclusively for them.
Lots of football fans outside which was extremely noisy.
Rooms could do with being refurbished.

Good location for exploring mendoza and the surrounding area
Decor was slightly tired and the restaurant attached to it (La Cabrera) was nice but disappointing given the other strong reviews for it
