The hotel is very well located. The pedestrian street is just 7 minutes walk. The hotel staff is simply excellent. They are professional, friendly and caring. The hotel has a restaurant which is a plus. The breakfast is good. I enjoyed my stay.
My room did not have a desk or a table. This is important especially when you have to work or to combine work with fun. However, possibly there is a table in the other rooms.

The reception staff, as well as the restaurant are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Location in Mendoza was good and the staff were helpful. The room wasn't wonderful and was quite basic and dated. The safe box was broken and various other furniture has not been updated for a long time. The hotel serves a purpose without being wonderful.
