Location: close to everything ( kamata station, kiekyu line station, restaurant, grocery and family mart and ride to haneda airport.
Host: the very approachable and always reply to my email.
APARTMENT: IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND QUIET SPACIOUS TOO.
The spiral stair . But its fine , i love walking .

Room was nice and clean. Location was great, close to transportation options. Lots of dining options around the area. Cost per night was worth it. Haneda is one train ride away.
Towels weren't that great. They had a funky smell to them, like they weren't washed properly. Wifi was very slow almost unusable especially in the beginning. Spiral stairs to unit could be troublesome.

L'emplacement à 2mn à pied de la gare.
Kombini et plein de restaurants dans le quartier.
Logement agréable et facile à chauffer.
À 25mn de Haneda, donc parfait pour une nuit avant un transit vers l'aéroport.
Le karaoke tous les soir jusqu'à 23h passé.
Seulement 2 chaises pour manger don't une cassée.
Les lits sont mous, donc si vous avez des problèmes de dos, à éviter...
