The property being so close to a convenience store and a train station is its strongest point. It was very easy to get around.

Amazing stay its right next to the train station, restaurants and convenience stores I would highly recommend staying here and I will for sure book here again for future trips thank you very much .

Everything went great once I checked in.
Overall the location is great literally 3 mins from station, there's 2 convenience stores, and a grocery store. It was 13 mins from Haneda Airport.
There was a bit of confusion initially because I needed to do early bag drop off. I didn't get full address and map until after I was dropped off at address on web which is actually the top of the street. And I didn't receive my instructions because 1st agent I talked the day prior marked that drop off happened the day before.

Really enjoyed staying here . The place is clean and area is nice and really close to station . I would only say that if you do not like the train being right next to your apt then don’t choose this place . But I did not mind .
